Before you submit a ticket, please take a minute to read through our support policy.
Tickets within support scope:
- Minor CSS tweaks
- Theme setup questions
- Elements and functions of the theme not working as intended
Tickets outside support scope:
- Alterations to theme functionality beyond its intended use
- Non-theme related code
- Third party plugins or widgets that were not included in the initial theme package
- Tumblr functions that are not part of the theme
- Hosting or server issues
Note: It's important to us that you are happy with the theme you purchased which is why we are willing to go the extra mile and provide support for CSS/Styling tweaks, however some cases may include drastic changes beyond what your initial theme was made to do and in order to be resolved correctly need a hands on approach and to be worked on within a proper development environment, understandably this would also mean that the simplicity of a support ticket in its very nature poses many limitations on the type of support tickets we can resolve.
If what you'd like to do is more alongside a development project, we unfortunately cannot take on private projects, however with the intention of being helpful we would like to list some reputable places where you can find the right person to work on your project:
